Mission Statement:

Though recently formed, Property Investors’ Management Company is lacking nothing in terms of experience. The president, Jack Emerson, has been in the apartment management business for over 35 years. Having started as a maintenance supervisor and quickly working his way up through property manager and district manager, Jack learned what it took to successfully manage multiple properties. Jack eventually left his employer to start his own management company, Emerson Management.

Jack has overseen the management of close to 6,000 units that were diverse in both location and type of asset. Having a portfolio that includes conventional, tax credit, section 8, section 42, HUD, state contract administrators, and rural development it’s safe to say Jack knows the ins and outs of the various types of investments. A staff that is not only proficient in paperwork but also well versed in marketing, customer service, and what it takes to lease up a property is what allows PIMCO to meet and exceed performance expectations.

Jack Emerson – President

Jack has over 35 years of experience in apartment management ranging from conventional properties to HUD and LITHC properties. He is well versed in all aspects of compliance and reporting with the more difficult to manage properties such as HUD, LITHC, Tax Credit, Bond Financed, etc. Having started as a maintenance supervisor and working his way through every position in the apartment management realm gives Jack a unique set of expertise that is especially valuable when managing several locations. His 35+ years of experience has resulted in exceptional budgeting, finance, and cost savings skills. Jack’s key role is that of a leader to the team as well as growth of the company by way of new business.
